You're going to want the unit that goes in the tank. The original pick up for that tank was the bottom of the fuel pump. But you don't want to use that fuel pump because it would be way too much pressure for your carb. So you'll need to get a tube to extend to the lower portion of the tank. But, don't just use any fuel line hose to attach that tube. You'll need a hose rated for today's fuel that can remain submersed. OR, you can use a compression fitting. But you'll only need to cap it on the top / outside of the tank.

Thanks for all the advice but now I am more confused than before. You say I need the unit that goes with the tank but two posts after you say I need a way to fir the 30 ohm unit in there. What do you mean?
