Yes, is there some way to replace just that pressed-on cup/socket/fitting thing?
Some of mine are missing or loose. The brackets are otherwise solid, with a clean hole where the cup thingee should be.
It seems that a replacement would have to be welded or pressed on, or threaded together from both sides of the hole, since the shock pushes and pulls in both directions?
I think that wurlizter46 is interested in just replacing the "cup/socket/fitting" that the shock's top-post goes through in
upper mounting plate.
