Back when Dex-Cool first came out and everyone was mixing them, it made a sludgey mess in the cooling system. We would flush with laundry detergent. Tide, Wisk, doesn't matter what brand. It did a wonderful job cleaning things out.
Of course you will then need to flush with straight water a couple times.
