Still got the old housing? Measure from the center of the axle to the hole that the bolt in the center of the springs fits into. That will give you the offset you need to get the new axle close to the wheel well.If you ever do this kind of project again I use a plumb bob to mark the frame then pull the housing out. Line up the new one with a reference in place. Saves time.
