Not a bad looking truck. My fenders were rusted in the same spot. I ad the fenders patch-welded/etch-primed,for about $50.00/ea. I see a lot of oil around the carb. Blow-by? Engine may need rings,but you didn't get hurt in your purchase. Tires look good,and Hopefully,your rims aren't the dreaded "widow-makers". A bunch of "Big-Bolt" T.F. owners,on this site,(Me included)! I'm not restoring mine,but I am fixing it up, to my liking. They're fairly easy to work on,and a BLAST to drive!! Welcome to the "Bolt"!
