I'll second that, Mr. Sergeant at Arms. Further, I propose that we add a rider to the motion to the effect that all motions made/brought forward must have the "Motion Tax" paid by the member making the motion. Said tax to be paid in beer. Payable to the SAA acting on behalf of the President. Further, I nominate myself and the Camp Commandant to be the Co-Treasurers of the paid motion taxes and that we be paid a stipend for our professional duties out of the collected revenues.
