I asked Chris, my contact at DB to give me the scoop on how the grilling for a group works. Here is his response:
Saturday 31st of May will definitely work.
Grill out: we could arrange for an outdoor setup where we charger per person based on what your group wanted (example: bratwurst, slaw, beans, corn, etc).
Or, could do something real simple where whoever wanted something paid for it (Bratwurst, chips, etc)
Beer could be set up as well. Would have to separate that as a pay-for-what-you-ordered theme based on ABC (can’t incorporate it into a “per person” fee).

I am sure we can make this an overnight outing and they have stated in the past that camping on the grounds was an option.
