WD 40 is probably the least effective product for that purpose. I use a product called Monolex, but there are many that work well. Even good old liquid wrench or PB Balster etc. Lots of patients, and I still had to drill out a couple of mine, and sometimes a little heat will help get the penetrant to get in and do its job. In the end I had to buy a new frame because I felt it was too far gone. You can't really tell until you get it apart and the glass out. Scott
