Yesterday I painted an item with Rustolium rattle can semi gloss paint. Today I thought I'll spray on another coat. I came back a half hour later and both coats had honeycombed and fish eyed. What gives? Did I not allow yesterdays coat to dry sufficiently ? This is not the first time I have experienced this.
