Update, headlights work. The headlights go out when I hit the dimmer switch.
I bought the harness from Ecklers. The brights did not work before I switched the harness. All the wiring is a ratty mess, so I didn't think it would hurt to start there since I was going to replace them anyway.
The ground for each headlight is actually on the back side of the grill. I'll check the dimmer, then the wires inside.
