When I purchased the truck, it came with a few generators, and one volt regulator. I want the original look, but want to make sure their 12v. I have since purchased a 12v battery, but have not installed the wiring harness yet. The starter was painted, and I do not see any color tags. So, I am not sure if I can assume that the volt regulator and generator are 6 or 12v. Is there a way to test??
