What do you guys think about shortening a frame of a 37 GMC COE from 178 to 136? reason being is I have 2 spots on the frame that's been repaired long ago and they did not do a great job, it will work and has worked but its ugly to see it, and if I cut it out and shorten it , it will take care of the nasty repairs... now I am one of those guys who likes to keep everything like it came from the factory, but in this case I think cutting it and shorten the frame will look nice . the trucks never going to see any heavy loads anymore... I really would like to hear from you guys so what do you think? thank Dan
