I did go thru all of the above..Except for The Volt reg,Broken Wire..I have a pretty new Battery and cables,,My ammeter!!!! that thing has not moved in a while..It is stuck as a matter of fact.What is that telling me???It should jump a bit?? Shouldnt it..
