That is an Eaton and a NAPA part number. The description says 2-parts but it is one piece that seals against the tube and the inside of the female receiver-fitting.

It is a multiple-time use in terms of being able to tighten and un-tighten many times; however, you'd have a hard time using/reusing it on multiple lines.

Excuse the pun, but in a pinch you might be able to take it off one line and then use it on another line (probably not recommended but I have done it).
