Never attended the rodders event, but that HD dealer is about 6 miles south of Yorktown, in a fairly high-traffic, congested area. Now Yorktown, with all the battlefields would be quite nice. I'd bet that you could contact Yorktown Chamber of Commerce and arrange an ideal spot.
