The easiest solution it to use the screw kit's to reassemble
them after drilling out the rivets.
Being some what anal about doing the work just like the factory
did it, but not seeking the panicle of perfection as Deve does,
I chose to rivet mine back together as was originally done:

If your running into a lot of rust or cursed with bent up bars
in my opinion you're better off replacing the grill with a
repop and have done with it.
