Are you sure you taint grabbin' the Harbor Freight impact John,
that's the way 90% of the air tools I've gotten from them
typically operate......phsssssst. phssssst.

Chances are it's just one of the 'O' rings, I'd do as sims
suggested before I pitched it for a new one and put a kit into
it, they should be cheap. I'm sure you know CP tools are the
Cadillac of air tools and are made to last forever in everyday
use.
