Maybe he want,s it painted chartroose. It,s true one lobe would not wear down that much but a combination of lobe wear, bent shaft,& point gap too small will cause a condition like Baker has. You would look for a bad valve or valve train but he says thr timeing light will not flash on that cyl. it indicates no spark or shorted spark. It,s a new plug but possibly the gap has been mashed shut from mishandleing.
