Yes, sounds like it. Along with the new tank and fuel filter, I ordered a carb rebuild kit, so maybe between all this, my problems will get solved. My mechanic set the timing a few weeks ago so I think I'm good there.
Parts should get here later in the week, may be next Monday before they get installed. Will keep everyone posted.
