The Vega boxes come in 3 different ratios, 22:1, 20:1 and 15:1. The stock Vega box I think is 22:1. Another problem the street rod guys have is the different pitman arm lengths. Both of those can make for miserable steering. The Vega weighed in at a little over 2000#, your truck is heavier than that. | | |
