i am a novice mechanic still learning. (really a parts changer so as not to offend you seasoned guys with the nature of this question) i am familiar with these basic terms from working on my honda accord.
cap,rotor,distributor cap,alternator,timing belt etc.
i am not however familiar with the terms used concerning these old trucks - coil,condensor,points,generator,regulator etc.
are these anchient terms for modern components?
