Thanks guys - a good deal at $3K is a great starting point. Anything wood is easy for me as that is what I do. It is also good to know that getting a bed is an easy option as well.
All the metal really is in great shape. I think I'll have a talk with the owner to see what we can work out. If the deal doesn't work for me I will let you in on it to see if anyone out there is interested.
