You're planning to keep it 2wd? That may limit just how much you can lift it. However, the best ways to do it would be to use springs with a deeper arch, and/or remove the spring mounts from the frame and lower them in relation to the frame. In the rear, you could also use lift blocks (NEVER use lift blocks in the front). Bear in mid, this will alter the steering geometry and center of gravity, which will change the handling characteristics.
