So I am thinking its time to rebuild my rear end. Why is a long story....
I believe I have 6.17 gear ratio as I am running 3200rpm around 45-50mph. My question; is it hard to change the gear ratio, once the pumpkin is apart? I would like to have the option of going 50-55 with out running over 3000rpm. Maybe 5.43, 5.14, or 4.57? The most I have done with rear ends is brake work and fluid changes, so I apologize for being naive.
