For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 136 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 136 | Two years ago I purchased a wiring harness connector that is supposed to mate my 57 to a 69-74 GM steering column harness. Well, it doesn't fit. My steering column was represented as a 1970 Suburban, but it can't be. The male connector attached to the column is curved, with eight wires attached. My real need is just to know what each wire goes to. I'd gladly purchase a wiring diagram, if I knew the correct year for the column.
I have a new blank female curved connector with no wires attached, just a supply of the little pins so I can make it up.
Any suggestions from bolters ? | | |
