The horn does not sound, nor does the relay click closed. I took the cover off so I can watch it too. If I power the small wire from a battery source. The relay will click open and closed rapidly (Making its own noise.)as well as sending some power to the horn making it honk poorly. I think the relay is bad, because grounding the small wire does not cause the horn to sound. | | |
