Ok guys is it easier to reinstall everything in dash before bolting her back in or what did you find that worked for you
This is a 46 3/4 And a yrz wiring harness
I powder coated the entire inside

Depends on how good you are at getting comfortable on your back and reaching up next to cowl area. I found it much easier to remove dash when working on my 38. Just take your time and protect paint during install with tape.

36,37,38 are so easy with just four bolts.39 up looks like more work but never tookout/put back those.Had my 37 out and back a few time and took a 36 ton and a half out to buy the windshield crank for my broken 37.$1.00!! That was cheap even in 1977.Tried to buy the truck but he would not sell and did get on the road as a 1/2 twenty years later with a sealed windshield.36 had some wood behine the dash.My 37 and 38 with same dash had none.

With the seat and steering wheel out of the cab you can install the bear dash in then all the parts. The dash is too hard to install with all the gauges and controls attached, and you risk scratching everything doing it all together.
