Ive seen those bearings marked UAB, numbers like yours, no indication of 10-under but guess what? They were 10-under!
On the other hand, Ive taken apart tons of Clevites, they always say .010 or .020 or .030 etc if they are undersize. Not a guarantee but thats my experience.
These days, to me, grinding a crank is like turning brake drums or boring the block - you cant get another one so think it over, if it looks good I wouldnt grind it!
