The pressure relief is built into the radiator. It is the round thing protruding from the aft side of the top tank on the left side. It is a 4 psi relief.
On the right aft side of that tank is a petcock. You should fill the radiator until it runs out that petcock. Put more than that in it and you can expect some to puke out the relief valve.
