Hello all,

I've got the Langdon HEI and was wondering if I can use a socket-style distributor cap on it. I want to use straight boots on the cap, but for the life of me, I cannot find them in HEI style! headscratch They seem to exist only on 90 degree. So, unless someone can point me towards some straight boots, I'd like to switch to a socket style cap, if that's possible. Any advice would be great help.

Greenman.

I could be wrong here, but if you still have the straight boots from your original distributor, couldn't you use those boots on your new HEI wires? Remove the 90's and straighten the connections inside. THEN add the straight boots?
