Some auto clubs like say Model A clubs have lists of members that are willing to take a phone call from another member who might have a vehicle problem travelling to an event. They might advise on a good place to have the truck towed to etc.

That is kind of why we want to know where people are coming from so if they get stuck on their way, we can direct them to who's nearby.
That's also the reason to have the cell phone #'s and the day we are expecting folks to arrive. We try to hunt down the folks who are missing in case there is a problem.
I'm sure there's a better way to coordinate all this and we are open to suggestions ... for next year which will be the biggie.

We will pick two or three folks with cell phones who will be willing to be "go betweens" in order to reach anyone else on the list. Don't want to send everyone's number out.

I'm good to help out 50 miles east or west of Kingdom City Mo. on Hwy 70, Before Thursday and can have a trailer and tools to help out.
Thursday, Vicki and I will be loaded and headed west about noon from MidMo.
PM me for my cell number if you are doing the 70 route across Missouri about that time.
