Does anyone know if 235/75/15's will fit on them? Is that too wide? Check with your local tire dealer for his recommendation. Harold

On a 5.5 inch wheel, there could be issues with wandering and tire stability. A 215/75/15 would be a better fit, and is very close to the stock 6.70-15 in overall size.
