Its getting hot here in New York and my truck is giving off too much heat from the engine and transmission. I don't have any insulation around the firewall and no carpeting or rubber mats on the floor. Any recommendations that aren't permanent to deflect or reduce the heat I'm getting in the cab.

I'm ultimately looking to redo the cab floors in the future so I don't want to necessarily glue anything down. Appreciate the thoughts. John

The firewall liner clips in and is removeable once installed.

You can purchase carpet and jute without glueing it down or vinyl flooring and jute without glueing it in.
