I'm really lost when it comes to the electrical part of restoring this truck. Is there a simple way to do a re-wire job?

The harness I got for my 38 had idiot proof directions (diagram, marked wire ends, written wire by wire - step by step instructions). I also got one on one real time technical support with someone who knows their stuff. The harness was expensive but I think it was a bargain for what I got for the money.
