Otherwise Hurst, Lokar, many of the hot rod shops sell universal linkage kits for the floor.

Used a Kugel Komponents column shifter kit to mate it to a T400.
Should be very similar install to your tranny.
I'm guessing Lokar or CPP can help you ,too.
