Well it has been about 3 years since my motor was running. Today I started up Rusty and she ran just fine.
It was really anti-climatic. Last week I cranked the motor over to confirm oil pressure but I did not have any fuel. I now have a temporary fuel system set up.
Today about the time the oil pressure came up the fuel pump pulled the fuel to the inline filter.
Fixed one fuel leak and she started right up without any coaxing. I really thought I would have to do this and that. Nope, just started right up with only a need to adjust the timing a bit.
Once running we did a few adjustments to the carb and all was running well.
It was overcast but it was sunshine at my house.
