Simply screw the all thread into the bushing. Then slid a piece of pipe with a 1" ID the length of the bushing or longer down the all thread. Then a washer, then a nut. Tighten the nut and the bushing will be pulled into the pipe. This basic set up works for pulling the new bushing in also except you do not need the pipe.
