I'm out here at practically the end of the road (at least in these parts) in Twentynine Palms.
Have a '39 p/u with a "mystery motor" 235 (see my other posts and pictures under '39 block and casting numbers). This fourth generation family truck is on the threshold of getting into the running stage again and we're trying to avoid any mistakes - unnecessary work and expense, on the teardown and rebuild.
Checking in to see if there are any Stovebolters in the general area.
Drop a note - any wisdom or tips on who's who out this way and the mystery motor would be appreciated!
