I am begining to finish the interior parts of my 1946 Chevy Suburban and was lucky enough to have all 4 wood window frames around the 2nd and third seat windows.

While the wood was in good shape there was no finish on them.

Can anyone tell me if the wood was finished in it natural color or was it painted the same bronze color as the dash and other metal interior trim pieces.
