Yeah, I like keeping it natural but now I've sold my olds lowrider and about to sell my truck I wanted something that would combine the fun I have from both. Something that could look stock from far distance but that I could also have slammed if I wanted.

I am confused regarding your comment about "donor roof research" and Chevy vs GMC. Are you referring to 47-53 Chevrolet vs GMC Suburban roof parts?

I delivered it from Mich to Az. and the guys from Starlite Kustom came from Calif. and picked it up. It looks like the original roof. NEAT!!!!!!

My body guy says he has one of the "good old" spot welders made for body work specifically,
to put he roof back together.

The left over parts could make a good rat rod.
