I need some help making sense of this. Just recieved some window channel from Obsolete Chev. that they ship full length (96"). This makes me think that it should be installed in one piece. But as soon as I start to work a curve into it I get wrinkles along the sides.It has a corrugated metal core. Maybe cut it into three parts?

later years the channel is one piece up the back and across the top where it joins the division bar with it's separate channel, so yes, it should stay one piece for at least that area - the corrugated core allows the corner radius if it's not real sharp, but you need to wrap it over the glass carefully while you hold the outside to prevent those wrinkles - ... does the 36 have metal frames on the glass?

Thanks for that. I was just wondering if wrapping it around the glass first would help. It does not have a metal edge window so carefully working it around might do it. Thanks again. I'll try that.
