Here's what I know so far-
It has WBG stamped in two places- stands for "WGB Oil clarifier"
The Napa gold 1006 and 1100 elements are a shade too wide od. (Napa ones are 4 1/8" or 4 3/16"). Mine is 4" od. The height will be right at 5" tall.
It is blue and has a giant wing nut on top for quick cover removal and is very heavily built. Is mounted with u-bolts and a plate to the manifold just like many I/ve seen on other 216's.
Any help would be great, I need to get a filter for it! -freezerburn

Got it figured out- it's a sock type for trucks mostly. A WGB Oil Clarifier. Pretty cool though researching it, and I found plenty of filters too! Thanks for looking folks -freezerburn
