I've used RI Wiring a couple of times, for both a stock harness and a custom harness. They were excellent in my experience all the way around.
I've also used them for supplies of vintage wire and parts too with total satisfaction. They are not necessarily the least expenesive, but they got each order right the first time and had the color codes perfectly matched on the stock harness I used. The new wires were identical to stock wires I took off right down to the connectors.
