I looked for one at donsbulbs.com, but did not have enough info. The only BLC listed at Don's is 130volt. Might keep an eye on this thread on VCCA. Similar question to yours.

Looks like the center screw connects to a terminal on the end of the hot wire. And the outer screw connects to ground. Call the guys at "taillight" and at "unity" to discuss and find a 12v substitute.
Not sure if hi-beam sealed beam quad headlight were 5-1/2" diam or 5-3/4" diam. It's not ideal, but you might be able to use push-on spade terminals to adapt one to your spotlight if there is enough space in the housing. Watch for high current draw.
