Might be able to get them from classic industries. But not sure. I believe they have them for the 47-55 1st not sure about 64. They have an online catalog.

I have a seat from a 66 that I had robbed some springs from for another seat. If they will work for you I could send you some if you want them just let me know. The bottom springs have a long flat portion that extends from the front frame to a short coil at the rear.
