I am trying to restore my horn button to original condition. I bought a new bushing and spring but still cannot see how this works out. Anyone have a diagram?

If you have a Master Parts Catalog, there is usually a good exploded view of this in there. If you don't have one e-mail me your address and I'll mail or fax you a copy of it.
