The brakes are crummy and the master is dripping. I like the idea of upgrading to a dual m/c, and a power-boosted dual isn't really much more than a non-boosted cylinder. I've found one at CPP and one at Performance Online (POL), with the POL cylinder being a little cheaper. Does anyone have experience doing this conversion on a '48, or any info on the differences between these two cylinders? They both claim to bolt onto the stock m/c bracket. | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 4,263 | I had a Dual M/C...Drum/Drum on my 50. It was bolted in the stock location ...pic... I have since upgraded to Disc/Drum. still in the stock location ...pic... The Disc/Drum kit is a P.O.L. kit. I do not have the power booster. | | |
