Not sure were to post this one, so since i do most of my shopping here.....
I have my vacume wiper motor from my 54 Panel ready to reinstall. A mechanic friend said i should give it a few drops of numatic tool oil before i do.Would that be right or wrong, Is there anything i can do to help maintain it?

No rebuild and never took it apart.
I like the liquid spray silicone idea, Anybody try that one?
But for now i will give it a drink of mineral oil and see how that goes.
