I have fluid in one of the rear brake drums.I dont know if its from the wheel cylinder or if the seal is leaking. My question is about the seal replacement on the rear hub. It's a Spicer 60. I have the maintenance manual but need some clarification. If I understand correctly, all I need to do to get to the seal is unbolt the outer axle flange and pull the axle. No clips or anything in the pumpkin holding the axle. Then take the hub off and the seal will be on the inner opening. Is this correct? Any comments or direction is appreciated.

The seal p/n is National 455860, hope that helps. | | | | Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 546 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 546 |
