Hello- I found the forum as I was doing some research on a truck that got away. My first truck as a kid was a 58 GMC that I built starting at 15. More of a resto mod as I was hoping to GO FAST! Lots of life lessons learned on that truck...and lots of time spent in the AZ junkyards finding parts. Fast forward 25+ years and here I am. Trying to get my hands on the family 36' Chevrolet truck purchased in AZ new. A friend of the family has it now..just hoping he decides to sell it back to me....until then, I'll be on the forum looking and planning for the eventual return. Thanks for having me...Matt

Welcome Matt, that would be cool to have a truck that old back in the family. Is it a pickup? 58s are nice too, maybe go that route. Good luck.
